3. Booking and Cancellation
Our booking and cancellation policies are as follows:
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service
- Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms and conditions:
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
- We accept various payment methods including credit cards and bank transfers
- Prices are subject to change without notice

5. Service Guarantee

- Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion

- Direct damages caused by our negligence
- The cost of the cleaning service provided
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
Mascot and Botany industrial cleaning is structured around three measurable outputs: floor presentation (we measure clean tile reflectance after each scrubber pass), dock degrease cycle (we photograph before-and-after monthly), and racking dust (HEPA-vacuumed quarterly on elevated work platforms where reach demands it). The per-month invoice ties to those three deliverables, not to hours on site. If a scrubber pass takes 90 minutes instead of 120, that's our productivity gain, not your saving — but the floor still has to meet the standard.
ASIC + precinct induction
Aviation-adjacent work in the Sydney Airport precinct requires ASIC clearance. Our supervisors hold it where required. The precinct-specific inductions (Port Botany, freight depots, hospitality at the terminals) are tracked per-operator with automatic re-induction triggers.
Worked example — Sydney Airport precinct hospitality fit-out
Terminal-adjacent café/retail tenancy, 7 days per week opening clean + mid-day touchpoint cycle + end-of-day reset, ASIC-cleared operators required. Sydney 2026 quote: $5,200-$7,400 per month per tenancy. Aviation security protocols documented, precinct induction current, food-safety-standard kitchen clean.
